Sundays are also Leg Days so I pushed Arachne for 5 miles or until my knee said Stop. Without the ability to sit on her she demands much leg-work and I can’t change my position to give my knees a break.

Today was mostly a Furniture Move Day, but in the afternoon I got 2 rides in

Balance & steering improve with each ride

Today was a full day complete with a trip to the Vet with two animals.
I went short with tight turns today.

I went with two shorts after a leg-demanding morning — Tuesdays Thursdays & Sundays are heavy-leg days & now swell to beyond 3 hours of lifting in the basement.

I’ve decided to go for at least 2 peaks per ride on Aurora.

Just some regular straight pedaling today. I had figured the inability to Sit at all would one day piss me off but so far I enjoy the extra fatigue.
Today was a lopsided day with a terrible start but in the afternoon I managed 10 good miles on Aurora with 3 (or 4) good plateaus and 3 good peaks.

Then for Day 20 — the Gurus suggest a 20 Day Learning-Curve — on the Halfbike I managed 2 strong uphills and spent some quality-time in 3rd gear.

I managed to get 5.7 miles on Arachne in the wind and 6.6 on Aurora as well.

I’m not yet brave enough to take Arachne out on wet streets

Dodged the rain but a birthday dinner kiboshed any Aurora today

Nearly 5.5 miles. Much better turn-control and I note that I have trouble turning right because that’s now my Weak Leg. This I suspect will improve over time. I passed 2 e-bikes too.
I put-off my regular Friday Kettlebelling to get a 9 ish start this morning on Mr Tib. Low humidity and 55 degrees at the start, 75 at the finish. The wind was relentless but I handled the hill-repeats well & the leg never complained.

The MapMyRide app gives different results due I think to spotty ATT coverage here in East Nashville.

I’m climbing better than I expected and I credit the Halfbike for the improvement.

I took a late Arachne ride just before the storm hit.

The various winds made balancing much more erratic.
