Took to Aurora again to end the week. 3 “rides” a week seems about right. I see a few Physical Therapists next week so I’ll probably be put on some kind of Schedule. I hope this all works out.

I do miss actual cycling tho
I’ve finally made two appointments with professionals but my amateur take is my progress is slow but it is progress. I ordered a Leg Press to make squatting possible but till it arrives I have Aurora to build up some strength. Irks me that there are so many cycle-able days.

I did 10 miles in 30 minutes
But only for a quarter-mile or so. I got in my now-regular 11 miles in 36 minutes. I guess day-to-day feelings of improvement or the opposite are impossible accurately to gauge. I’ll know in a week how what I’ve done was taken.

I actually have video of my right leg in action. Well, let’s call it Semi-Action. This will be a long haul
It’s still hard for me to stand & pedal on Aurora so I’m starting out with flat high-cadence pedaling for endurance. I rode hard for 7 miles & cooled down over 4 more. My leg did fine; I’ll poke into various nearby physical therapy joints tomorrow and Tuesday.

7 miles in just over 20 minutes & 36 minutes in all.
I’m thinking I’ve done nothing worse to my leg than pinched a nerve in my back. I’ll hit up Physical Therapy though to be sure. I’m not regretting the less-than-cheap Leg Press machine I bought though. I may be officially too old for my kettlebell squats
A good day rehabbing on Aurora

She’s also a good less-than-inexpensive machine
Grim
This will be very tough to do
I have no clue how I hurt my hip & its attending muscles but I went somehow & did it. Rehab started today with 5 mikes on Aurora.

I need to gain back some strength & moreover some stability in my right knee. This won’t be much fun.
Starting February with Aurora. I’m breaking apart my 3 kinds of Sprinting (such as it is while stationary [I find myself missing the actual pulling & leaning & steering of actual sprinting]) with 4 or 5 minutes of recovery pedaling instead of my previous 2 minutes. I guess that means I’m officially old. At any rate it works better for me.

187 for me is an Outdoor heart-rate. Nice to find it indoors.
Accidentally I think I’ve found the purpose of short routes: much standing while pedaling to simulate a tough climb. So far I’m bad at it.

5 miles in 15 minutes
