I took Arachne out on city streets again aiming at 10 miles if I cd beat the rain. I topped-out at 11 miles (phone app) or 12 (Apple Watch). Even after a tough morning on Hector the legs felt great. Only one minor complain coming up 18th to Long one last time.

A fine day. I was hoping for 500 feet of Up & beat it.
I saw on FITIV a lovely Heart-Rate Pattern I wanted to mimic but no ride of 20 minutes will succeed. Still, a good ride.

Peaks still in the clouds but I’ll try the more distinct style on longer rides.
Tuesday Mornings are tough so I went with a short AirBike in the afternoon. Very distinct plateaus

I don’t usually feel the Lost Hour but today I never managed to put my day properly together.
14 miles total on Aurora with some Paris-Nice playing

I thought I’d beat the rain but my timing was off a bit. Still managed almost 9 miles and nearly 500 feet of Up

Kept it in 2nd gear because I’m not yet comfortable with the higher speeds. Give me a little time
One tough Tuesday but I managed 8.1 miles total 0n Aurora. Very distinct peaks no weary legs

Our wind died-down from gusts in the 70s to those in the 20s so I took Mr Tib outfit 33 miles across 2 hours & about 20 minutes. I fought to maintain 14 mph & never got it over 19 mph. The combine of Wind & Hill are catnip for me.

I got a late start so decided to ride Aurora Plateaus while watching the end of Strade Bianche. 12 miles in 37 minutes with good 75 rpm sprinting near the end — all lost in the clouds.

Then in the early afternoon I took Arachne up the the Golf Course Parking Lot again — 20 total laps in 2 groups of 10 — and out on the streets for two looping routes.

Got in a good 8 miles overall— 6.8 in 20 minutes
