I thought I had an opening for a goon 15 miles in Shelby but only managed 12 of them in my allotted time. Plus I initially hit the AirBike Button on the tracking app so I lost 2 or so miles due to stupidity.
Anyway it was a good ride & I pulled all the way up the exit path to 19th in one sweaty effort.

Riding at Peeler Park gave me the courage to give the much more hilly Shelby a try on Halfbike. I got lucky in choosing a low-activity day; nearly no cyclists & very few joggers. I stayed away from the most popular paths anyway & got-in a good 10 miles. I saved enough to take a steep exit out too. One rest at the mid-point but that was psychological.

I had a good morning with Hector & squats so I ended the day on Aurora.

They are taking their own sweet time repaving several indispensable roads near me so I took the Light Bike out for a truncated Wednesday route. 814 feet of Up over 32 miles. Outside on a saddle feels good even tho I dearly enjoy inside & the Halfbike.

I was in a hurry all day to get stuff done but took some time for Sepp and Aurora

I did not get the early start I wanted because I had to fight with Comcast for two hours this morning. They are the very worst. The late ride though was wonderful and the humidity was low.

My plan was to ride the Halfbike but the hot-tub repair guy changed his arrival time so I rode inside instead.

I took the non-rainy part of the day for a Halfbike ride. Since the road to/from the park’s entrance is steep & nearly devoid of cars I got to coast down it & then (nearly) ride all the way up it — with 7 miles of Peeler Park in between.
Excellent fun and a good leg-burner

I had grand plans of a Double but in the end I was lucky to get this AM ride

Varied pedaling is not conducive to lovely plateaus
