My time-crunch forced an hour ride but had there been more time I believe an hour was my limit today.

I kept my 17 toother on and stayed away from most hills

Big 20 mph gusting today so I rode the Heights. The drop to the pard is still wet anyway.

I have 17 teeth on the rear which I now suppose may become my regular bopping around town gear. I may climb on 18 teeth.

I had a good look at 31 miles on some of my favorite hills but my dumb mistake of not setting my chain tight enough forced a stop at mile 20. New tube. New tire. Finished off 15 miles on the usual route. On the whole a good day.

The day got away from me until 4. So some short plateaus

I took Arachne out into a bit of wind. I’m getting better at cornering and maintaining a steady pace over obstacles.
