Learning to love 17 teeth

Actually I missed Dawn again because I had to fight with smoke-detectors.

Still I got my 15 miles in.

The humidity has not broken but the temperatures are lower now. 17 teeth at the airport again.

I still failed to make my 5:45 start but I got in my 15 miles. Sweaty even early.

Way too hot a day for a ride but I did 22 miles with some uphills. Nearly alone out there except for Charlie from New Zealand

More wind than I expected

The apps did not prepare me for the strength of the wind. Still a fun ride.

I rode inside today to spare my nose and throat. I got 7 miles in 19:59 so I’m happy. 12 total miles in 36 minutes.

I had and have a plan for an alternate plateau pattern. This time I didn’t do that; 3 standing sprints
