Plus an early appointment with the Vet

I went to the old airport for some mild-wind sprinting. Nearly alone.

I took advantage an empty Village Court for 25 laps which equals 12 miles. No traffic at all at 6 AM.

I still foolishly believe the mornings won’t be humid.

I took what I hoped would be a relatively cooler ride at 6 AM. The temperature may have been in the mid-60s but the humidity was brutal.

I lost my earliest start but got in a good 21 miles

The rain came a little later than expected but my delay in leaving for an outdoor ride saved me a soaking

The ride was good but I left near 11 so ruined my afternoon workout.

I figured earlier would be cooler but the humidity was very high.
