Today was a planned Outside Ride day but I had zero energy. So I plateaued & called it a day

I’m getting better at hitting heart-rates over time.
I had a good morning on Hector and I fine French Spanish walk so I ended the day with 25 minutes on Aurora for 7.8 miles. Held the plateaus well

Today was taken mostly with Paperwork. In the end I got a good 35 minutes on Aurora — plateauing well and little bothered by my wobbly leg

My leg-wobble troubled me all day but last week was my best in a long time. Short Aurora just to assess the damage.

6.3 miles in 20 minutes & 7.7 in 25. Got the plateaus I’ve been seeking.
I avoided Newhall and Electric due to impending rain & time constraints but on the whole I had a fine hilly ride.

I’m quarreling over the Feet Of Up I climbed:

AppleWatch used to short-change me by several hundred feet per ride but lately it has had the larger number.

I was on 18 teeth in the rear yet I managed some sprinting.
Today in general more fatiguing than others. I kept feeling several steps behind. Grilled a large Roast-Beef & used the closed-lid time to spin the AirBike. 2 5 minutes total — 7.4 miles. Tomorrow will be a climbing day.

Got the plateaus right
The humidity now falls precipitously throughout the day so even though I had planned desultorily on a 7 AM ride (I have 2 needy dogs) I ended-up leaving at 9:30 and the temperature was lovely. I took Amabo out for a mostly flat ride — 1228 feet of Up.

Despite the weather it was very empty out there in the morning at least.

Terrible plateauing.
Since they work I did 35 minutes on Aurora.

40s 50s & 60s. Scaling up and down is very much like actual outdoor cycling
Low humidity and light winds, so I took Mr. Tib out and up.

I was aiming at Front-Loading Shelby Hills (6 hills) and then taking Rosebank to the park and coming home up Preston. Tagging on Eastland and Electric was a good challenge at the end. Plateau Pedaling helps. 1608 feet of climbing but probably more went un-recorded. AppleWatch is notoriously under nuanced.

Plateauing works well.
Tomato Festival was a good day for sprinting

But I failed consistently to be able to post anything. Today was Aurora and some recovery.
