A good 6.7 on Aurora. My wounded leg did not complain

Once the streets had dried I took out the Halfbike

now in the mind indestructible

Ouch. Just ouch. I believe I swerved to avoid a van in the bike lane

I did not lose consciousness but I have little memory of what happened
Loopy is healing from her barbaric procedure so I kept close to home just in case.

I’m getting better at the double peak with the plateau.

Much tighter turns and generally better control.
I let the roads dry & then took the Halfbike out for 6.6 miles in 40 minutes. I spent some time in 3rd gear, learning to accommodate myself to the increased torque & swaying of the back-end. 3rd is definitely a 15 mph gear so I’m putting Arachne’s top potential speed in the mid-20s — much faster than I feel safe on her just now. I got in some good Figure-8s and ended with a 3/4ths climb up my hill.

A good 6.6 miles in 20 minutes with 2 good peaks

Really just trying to work the kegs before the storm. Tighter turns & much better control

I’m looking actively at rides beyond the safety of Village Court
I took the heavy bike out because it gets blown-about less. I picked the very day that our Mayor ran the miniature bike-lane Street Sweepers [proving he reads his email albeit slowly; I’ve been complaining for a month]. It was a good strong ride but I had not eaten well so I was a little off.

The old Wednesday route; felt very natural to make the same old turns again.

Over 1250 feet of Up out there on a mostly flat route.
Just a drizzle but it’s now my habit to ride indoors. I had two good peaks but they don’t fit into the graph

Enjoying the off-season very much
Rain today so indoors. I’m trying to add a third Peak to the plateaus on 20 minute rides but on 30 minute rides I have no plan

Running late for a Halloween party but I got in a good Aurora & a short Arachne.

Even botched Auroras Help riding out there in the world

I’m very near to riding away from Village Court.
