I avoided a storm which never developed. Still some good plateaus.

I stayed inside nearly all day. Going a bit nuts.

They hit us with an Air Quality Alert but once I saw the usual joggers out jogging I took the Halfbike out on some empty streets. I’m getting better at steering & have begun pedaling with more attention to my thighs than to my femurs.

I stayed inside today & did some good plateauing

I bought my lone Belt-Drive bike in pure impulse because my Fixie needed some repairs & I feared not riding. She is very light and her gear-ratio is effortless uphill — I feel it as 5th gear. She does not sprint & her handlebars are set to over 1/4th Victim To The Wind. Each time I ride her I enjoy the ride but in honesty I prefer more difficult bikes doing more difficult things; I keep her for company shd any guest want to ride & not know how to ride a Fixie.
That said I had a wonderful time with her today. Up some very challenging hills & hill-combinations.

I figured I’d beat the rain this morning with a quick Halfbike ride but my 7 am start became an 8 am start. Still I got in a good 6 miles. Nearly empty roads.

Aurora was tough today; weary legs but I got in 11 miles in 35 minutes.

Decided to take a modified Friday route with emphasis on Frisbee Golf Hill, Real Golf Hill, Lillian, and Fortland. Hill Repeats are much more fun in low humidity. 1517 feet of Up.

I’m planning on some Fixie Climbing tomorrow so I rode a short one on nearly empty streets.

I vacillated between the heavy bike on 15 teeth in back & 43 up front (usually my Tuesday or Thursday bike) and my regular 16 teeth bike. There was no wind and low humidity and I went with 16. I rode the old Wednesday Route with the new Fortland st avoid detour.

Very fine weather and very few of us out there .
Just too busy a day but I managed 6.6 miles in 20 minutes
