It’s much more embilitating [ought to be a word] to ride the Halfbike where sitting is impossible than to stand & pedal the AirBike but I tried it anyway.

There’s no fighting the uphill tho so it only feels like exercise
now in the mind indestructible

I had to house-hunt today so my ride was inside & short.

I took Mr Tib out for a good 31 miles in pretty good weather. Liquid IV works tremendously well; only a few cramps hours later

Way too much going on today and such lovely weather. 11.5 on Aurora in 35 minutes.

I had the idea that the humidity would be lower in the morning. It isn’t. But I had sweaty fun and passed 3 traditional cyclists, to their astonishment.

Avoiding the humidity and burning-off the bad home-buying vibes. Got good distinct plateaus tho.

I took Mr. Tib out on 16 teeth for a bit of sweaty fun. There were remarkably few out there and of those who were many on Rented E-Bikes. Plus 2 baseball games to glance-at on my laps.

I figured (incorrectly) that a good AM Halfbike ride would mean less sweating. But still the roads were nearly empty

And when the storms hit again I rewatched part of TdF stage one on Aurora

I played-around with the FITIV App’s interpretation of 100% Effort and managed to get my Red Zone Heart-Rate to begin at 162 beats per minute instead of 154 as it had been. This tweak gives à mon avis a truer picture of what I feel I’m experiencing.

It’s now much easier to see the Warm-up the Chases and then the Cool-Down.
I took the heavy bike out for a good spin today. There were way too many Rent-A-Bikers out but still I had some fun.

A mini-van driver tried twice to make me crash but I’m a crafty old bastard & I did not crash.
