Weary legs today but I got 8 miles in 25 minutes

I finally got the Halfbike to Peeler Park for a good 8 miles. I had thought the path ran along the river and then broke inward toward Neely’s Bend, but the loop forms near the center of the route & alas part of it is on inhospitable Gravel.

Spent nearly the entire day wrestling with an ancient HVAC unit. My AirBike ride began after 4 and my lack of blood-sugar produced my first indoor bonk ever. It’s an annoying interesting feeling.

Setting-up the new place took my late-morning so I hit the AirBike at 4.

Did a few one-minute standing plateaus and on two-minute standing plateau

Yesterday I got into Standing Plateaus to mimic uphill riding. It’s challenging but not as challenging as a Halfbike

And today I tried to Halfbike in Peeler Park but my reconnaissance walk required 2 miles so I’ll try another entry.

I had minor plans to Halfbike outside but nope. Too humid.

I stayed indoors and rode Aurora 8 miles in 25 minutes.

A low-humidity day so I took Mr Tib out for a few hours. The Halfbike definitely helps with the uphill riding.

I’m liking the consistent plateaus
I didn’t actually faint today but it felt like I had a faint coming-on. I must find one of those miniature jogging-water bottles.
