Today was moving day so time was short

I estimated correctly the wind today so I stayed away from the Airport. A good 33 miles.

Not much time today so I rode Aurora late

Took most of the day off & rode after 2.

Sitting then Standing then Pulling

I had not figured on 30 MPH winds but I had a fun ride

I’m up to 78 Aurora rides. 22 to go

Our afternoons are lovely so I took Arachne to Shelby. The place was nearly empty but I managed to pass on cyclist & to be passed by another one.

No leg fatigue at all nor any cramps.

I took Mr Tib out for a few miles in cool weather and an invigorating wind.

Really feeling it in my legs these days. Tough not being 50 anymore. Good plateaus tho.

I got a good 20+ miles in the Halfbike in under 2 hours. The weather was cool and just a bit windy.

I no longer feel that 30 miles on Halfbike are impossible.
