The thaw has begun but it will take a few days for all the roads to be clear.

I did Aurora with Standing Sprints and Pissed Pursuit.

I took the light bike out for a good 32 miles. The HUD glasses work wonderfully.

I’m avoiding more the wet leaves than the cold.

I’ve been pooped more than usual and my nose hates what’s out there dying. I did a pursuit ride again and added 3 small sprints.

I had to test my new Headset-Up-Display glasses (they work) and see how the Halfbike handles with cold hands

It was actually in the 40s today but I broke-out the electric socks anyway.

Shelby Park was virtually empty.

Straight pedaling never above 60 rpm & never below 50 rpm for 20 minutes. 6.7 miles I think. It’s a good variation.

I rejected today’s warmth and rode inside. Too many hectic days had me pooped. I got in a good 12 miles over 35 minutes.

A rather warm day so I took Arachne out for 12 miles. Not my best effort but it’s mine.
