I took Amabo out today. She’s my first One-Speeder & also my first Fixie. She’s heavier & stiffer than Mr Tib and she rigged at 43 in the front & 15 in the rear which can be a very comforting ratio.
Low humidity today and very pleasant wind. Both legs worked well but were a bit weary with the long week.
There was much Truck Delivery Fu going on today ahead of our (annual?) race. The drivers are for the most-part friendly and attentive.
Amabo’s frame is so small that I feel like I’m always bearing-down in some desperate sprint — but little actual sprinting today.
