Took advantage of a bit of warm weather today for a good 31 miler. The weather app underestimated the wind-gusts but it was a fine day out there. Many cyclists joggers skaters and amblers shooting pictures of ducks. I’m fairly certain I spotted a Kestrel at the airport, the usual hunting-ground.
I did leisurely sprinting without any Intervals.
For whatever reason there were many One-Speeders out there.
With the weight-room’s reconfiguration I have yet to ride Aurora. Soon.
